Honey-Ginger Sauce with Green Tea

  • 1/4 Cup Brewed Green Tea
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Fish Sauce
  • 2 Small Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger Root
  • 1 Green Onion, Green Part Only, Minced

Mix all the ingredients in a small container. Use immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Use as a sauce or as a salad dressing. Makes 1/2 cup.
